Looking Back at 2024
Hi there, It’s been a while since my last post! As the year comes to an end, I want to take a moment to wish you and your family all the best in the new year.
I’m truly grateful for 2024—it was a year full of growth, achievements, and unforgettable moments.
New Job, New Experiences
Honestly, I had never worked in a global environment before. I don’t mean that my previous companies, VNG and Sendo (FPT), weren’t international, but my work there was primarily with local colleagues. While the work was good, I felt like something was missing—I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and explore new experiences.
Joining Parcel Perform changed that. Here, I work with colleagues from all over the world, which means English is our primary language of communication. At first, I was afraid of speaking English, but over time, I became more confident. This has been a huge personal breakthrough for me.
Beyond that, I’ve also had the chance to dive into new technologies—Python, AWS, and AI—making 2024 an incredibly valuable year for my professional growth.
Got Married!
Yaaay! We tied the knot at the end of the year! This was a major milestone on my bucket list.
After seven years together, we finally took the next step. As the saying goes, “Whatever is meant to happen will eventually happen.” Looking back, it truly feels like fate brought us under the same roof. (I’m writing this with so much happiness!)

Looking Ahead to 2025
Like many of you, I have big goals for the new year—ones I hope to achieve before I turn 30!
Get Our Own House
This is my must-achieve goal for 2025. We’ve already visited a few places and even found one we love. Hopefully, in the next few months, it will officially be ours!
Keep Learning, Keep Growing
I want to keep learning—about everything! Lately, I’ve realized how much I admire people who are knowledgeable, humble, and confident. They inspire me to push myself further.
In 2025, I have two specific learning goals:
- Improve my English to a level where I can communicate smoothly and naturally.
- Strengthen my knowledge and mindset enough to prepare for a PhD in the future.
Conclusion
